Apple Watch for health reasons
Hi all newbie here Anyone use it for mainly for health tracking reasons? I just found out my blood pressure is insanely high for a 47yo F, 63kg non smoker. BP is about 200/120 which is hypertensive crisis level (High BP can cause stroke or heart attack) I understand Apple Watch is not a blood pressure monitor but its a great idea to keep track of BP and heart rates. And Im thinking to get an ultra or series 9. I also play roller derby. Which we wear wrist guards. Some skaters wear exercise smart watches on their wrists but Im not sure how comfortable an ultra would be, being bigger and thicker. Should I consider series 9 instead? So, how comfortable to wear an ultra or series 9 all the time including exercise? And which type of belt is most comfortable to wear? All our devices are Apple, I think Id stick with Apple Watch. Hi sorry for the poor title - couldn't come up with something better. Semiconductors are known for being cyclical, so I'm curious to hear your opinion on where we are right now in this cycle. I'm proudly holding ASML (I think it is a great stock to hold forever) which has done pretty well over the past year and it is up by a large %. However, based on latest earnings and a re-evaluation of its intrinsic value based on a DCF calculation, I see the stock currently being largely overvalued. With other words, the current numbers cannot justify the stock price. Same with NVDA. So I'm wondering if you've trimmed your semiconductor stocks with profit with the intention to buy back some shares when the price drops? Hi, First Apple Watch owner, got it to monitor physical activity, sleep time and more. My wife wakes up very easily and hates any light in the bedroom any alarm clock sounds and the watch lights up during the night. To go around all of it, I enabled the sleep schedule + silent mode + enabled theater mode, and as a result the alarm on my iPhone phone rings, I dont get haptic alarms on the watch.
